1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, whether through our website, WhatsApp ordering, or in-person, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services Provided
We provide residential and commercial laundry services, including:

Pickup and delivery of laundry.

Wash, dry, fold, and iron.

Special handling of bedding, linens, and other items.
We may update or change the services we offer at any time.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

Provide accurate contact and delivery information.

Ensure laundry does not include hazardous or inappropriate items (e.g., flammable materials, sharp objects, biological waste).

Check and empty pockets before handing over items.

Notify us of delicate fabrics or items requiring special care.
4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in Guyana Dollars (GYD) unless otherwise indicated and are subject to change.

Payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise arranged (e.g., weekly billing for commercial accounts).

Accepted payment methods: Cash, MMG, or Approved Cards.

Promotional pricing is valid only for the stated period.
5. Turnaround & Delivery

Standard service is next-day delivery from the time of pickup.

Same-day service may be available at an additional cost.

Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other factors.

Service areas include East Bank Demerara, East Coast Demerara, West Bank Demerara, West Coast Demerara, and Georgetown.
6. Loss or Damage Policy

While we take utmost care with your garments, we are not responsible for:

Normal wear and tear.
-
Shrinkage, color fading, or minor damage caused by manufacturer defects or improper care labels.

Items not disclosed as delicate or requiring special handling.

Liability for lost or damaged items is limited to five (5) times the charge for cleaning the item, or GYD $2,000 per item, whichever is less.

Claims must be made within 12 hours of delivery.
7. Uncollected or Unclaimed Laundry

Laundry not collected or accepted at delivery within 30 days may be considered abandoned.

We reserve the right to donate or dispose of abandoned items.
8. Use of Website & Online Ordering

You agree to use our website and online ordering system only for lawful purposes.

You may not attempt to disrupt, hack, or misuse the site.

All website content, including images, logos, and text, is the property of Blue Ribbon 24 Hrs. Laundry Service.
9. Intellectual Property

All branding, graphics, and written content on our website are owned by Blue Ribbon 24 Hrs. Laundry Service.
